That might suggest that the laptop is not getting its DNS address from the router.
Is this a simple network?
We have seen situations where a user has multiple routers, in one case there were two routers with the address 192.168.1.254 both running DHCP giving the appearance that the devices were correctly configured ... but depending on which gateway they hit, they might or might not resolve a DNS lookup.
In a DOS prompt run ipconfig /all
Check the device address and the DNS assignment.
If everything else works, then it is likely to be the laptop which has the issue.
In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

What gives rise to the suspicion that the laptop cannot connect to the DNS server ... does it connect to the internet at all?
Do not look at "remedies" just now, can you please share some diagnostics. In a DOS prompt run the following and post back the results...
ipconfig /all
Wireless LAN adapter WiFi:

The bits in red are the things to focus on.

Have you altered the DNS settings in the router?

The PC should use the DNS settings delivered by the router. Other devices might struggle if there is an issue with the standard setup.

On your PC the network connection settings should be depending where you check as below.
Windows 11 below, other versions might look different
Unless you want to use alternative DNS servers.
A PC IP address of 192.168.1.34 suggests the IP Address as been manually set or the Hub has had it's DHCP IP Address range changed from the defaults which are 192.168.1.64 to 192.168.1.253
My Hub two DNS setting from the Home Page >Status
HTH

That is a good spot Dan!
For reasons I cannot recall I changed my DHCP pool to .002 to .199 - as best I might recall, that could be when I swapped to the Hub Two, replacing the JLP router, which uses 192.168.1.1 as the gateway. I would have wanted to keep the device addresses as identical as possible - especially the networked printer.
@simonravo - sorry if that caused confusion. I had not intended for you to COPY the configuration, but rather to report the highlighted addresses.
