Connection constantly dropping or no internet

Connection to router is constantly dropping across all devices even with a booster, sometimes it tells me suddenly that the password is wrong (it’s definitely not) then later on it’s suddenly correct again.
If it’s not dropping connection to router then there’s no internet connection.
Rang multiple times and had the lines reset but they can never see a fault. Had the line split to normal and 5ghz, and it will alternate which line has no connection (within minutes of each other)
This is happening on nearly a daily basis now, driving me mad!

@Bethaniejayne Welcome to the forums. Couple of questions - How long have you been a Plusnet customer, are you really on ADSL and how long has this been happening for?

I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your wireless connection.

I can see we've booked an engineer from Qube (working on behalf of BT) between 8am and 10am on Wednesday to help.

Let us know how it goes once they've been.
