I'm really sorry for the issue you are experiencing and for the inconvenience this is causing.

 

I have run a test on your connection and it is not flagging up an external fault. The connection is showing more drops than I would expect for your line, can you advise if you have run through our troubleshooting steps here.

I’ve ran through the troubleshooting and still having issues, tonight it’s the worsts it’s ever been. About 6 times it’s gone off.
