Connection issues

Hi can anyone help so I’ve just gone active with plusnet, my PON light is full stable green on my open reach box, my plusnet router is lit up blue yet when I try to connect any of my devices it come up with either a page saying you don’t have permission to view this directory or page or error sevice status, I’ve got a very angry teenager and 9yr old because they cannot access these consoles phones etc. thanks

If your installation has literally only just been completed, then its possible the OPenreach havent closed the order off yet and thus Plusnet wont have activated your account. Have you received notification that your account is active ?
