Constant dropouts

We've upgraded to Full Fibre to attempt to get over poor bandwidth.   But now we have similar regular complete dropouts starting friday evening and lasting all weekend.   Once i can work out how to get a copy of our connection history Ill put it up here for the More Experienced Members to advise.  

Currently im starting to think of buying a 3rd party router !!!!

@ekentbadger If you have upgraded to Full Fibre, I strongly suggest you start your own topic on the relevant board - 'piggy-backing' on another users problem causes confusion, especially if they are different technologies/issues.

@ekentbadger do the lights on the ONT change when it drops out ?

 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
