Constant drops in fibre connection

My fibre broadband which was very good for some years has become very unstable and is now causing huge problems. In the last few days there have been constant drops, especially in the late afternoon/evening. The speed, when the connection is there, is mostly fine but during the time there are drops it seems to fluctuate a lot. The drops last from a few seconds to minutes and sometimes require a router restart.
This was a huge problem in late June-July but got better for a while, and has now started again. My son's work is giving online lessons and his teacher rating has gone down because of interrupted/abandoned lessons so he doesn't even dare to book lessons now and is losing pay.
I have run all the basic tests and the line seems OK (clear landline etc). I was going to report a fault but found that the reporting site has been down for days, with no info about when it is coming back so would be grateful if someone could look into this and tell me how I can report the fault if your reporting system does not work!

I'm getting lots of this this morning and others on Twitter are. I think there might be a wider issue at the moment.

Thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm really sorry to see that the connection has been so intermittent as of late. I've raised this matter with Openreach for further investigation, we're just waiting on a response now. You'll be able to both view and comment on the open fault Ticket for direct comms with our Technical Support Team here.
@Rich check out the visual radius below - it shows multiple dropouts over a short space of time, looks like an isolated incident at the moment, but please do let us know if the drop outs continue.

We had a bunch of system issues yesterday so I couldn't pick this up sooner. I'll pop the visual radius below. Line appears to performing normally today. Keep an eye on it for now and let us k ow if the disconnections continue.
