Hello,
So my Plusnet Fibre has been up and running for 2 months. No issue what so ever however my line speed on the Plusnet Broadband page seems incorrect.
My Fritzbox stats state the following
Attainable throughput kbit/s Down 80019 Up 18745
Current throughput kbit/s 79979 18744
My Plusnet stats page shows
Current Line Speed (Download): 72.6Mbps
The Bras IP profiles Shows
The current Downstream IP profile rate is: 73.58
The current Upstream IP profile rate is: 20
My question is why are both the Plusnet and Bras Ip profile displaying different figures to my Fritz and which should it actually be?
Cheers

Thanks a lot for getting in touch @Temple1970
Apologies for the confusion caused here. As you have a static IP on the account, you're connected via L2TP, which means your connection speed is not only influenced by the Openreach's DLM profile, but is also affected by our internal Workplace profile. Our internal profile does it's best to say in line with the current line speeds, though it can sometimes lag behind.
Going forward, I've reset the connection profile on our end, so you should see that it's now in line with the current sync speed. I've also run a line test and will pop it below.
