D/L slow speeds and IP profile halved

Hi,

Speeds have dropped markedly over last couple of weeks. Just ran BT speed test and additional diagnostics. speed and IP profile about half what should be (see attached). How do I get this fixed please. hope it isn't another issue with this dodgy line!

@PhyllisTyne How does your phone sound? And can you post your router stats - which one do you have?

phone sounds fine. I have HH6 but routerstats not east to get as is in modem only mode with TP-Link mesh M5 doing the routing.

Ok - I would raise a fault - you are below even the 'Impacted' Hand-back threshold, so there is a problem.

Bit of a strange one this, there was one drop on the line which occurred on 28/01/2022, which resulted in the sync speed plummeting. The DLM profile looks fine, but our internal L2TP profile appeared to be stuck at around 28Mbps.

I've just reset this on my end, can you run another speed test (preferably wired) in an hour or so and let me know how you get on?

Thanks for getting back to me @PhyllisTyn, I reckon we ought to raise this with Openreach now as sync speeds on our end are still really low. I've just created a ticket on the account which we'd need you to respond to, stating your availability for an engineer visit.

Let me know when you've responded and I'll get it raised.

Thanks. Fingers crossed they will sort once and for all this time but I suspect on FTTP will do that.
