Can you get it? If so, there is no 'engineer cost', but you would need a new contract.

@f1rich please note thàt Full fibre does not provide a landline phone service
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

As you're already a PN customer you can place the upgrade order now - it might be next month before an engineer is available to do the work. Your new contract will start from the date of install.
I'm not sure if the website shows all options available - PN offer 6 speeds starting from 38/10.

I have placed the upgrade order this week and an engineer will come (hopefully) in middle of February 😁

Want to switch to Full Fibre but want to keep landline and add-ons. What will it cost for line and calls.?

@Irisedd If you switch to Full Fibre with Plusnet, you lose the landline .
