Hi,
I am paying for fibre broadband with the minimum guaranteed speed of 60.9mbps. My speed is 37.4 mbps. My concern is I am paying for a higher speed internet, compared to what I am actually getting. Please help.
Thanks,
Aaron

@aaronandamber Without any details, it appears you have a problem - whether it be a BT/OR network issue, or an internal problem is difficult to say.
For Community members to be able to help, information from these two sites:-
BT Broadband(obscuring your phone number) and BTW Performance Tester - Please report the 'Additional Diagnostics', and sight of the Help Desk tab would be a start.
It may also be a good idea to report the results of a Quiet Line Test - dial 17070 option 2 from a (preferably corded) phone. After the confirmation of you phone number, there should be total silence apart from the regular 'Quiet Line Test' announcement. Any other noise - report a PHONE fault first.

Thanks for your post @aaronandamber
I'm sorry to see you're having speed issues.
Testing your line isn't showing the cause for this. If your router's plugged into the master telephone socket, can you report a fault at faults.plus.net and post back once you've done so and we'll arrange an engineer visit with you to investigate further.
