Is it possible for anyone on here to check if my static IP is assigned to a banded profile on the bRAS?

@WishmasterUK - the Openreach/Wholesale inventory records look OK from the information available. Static IP's are assigned by Plusnet access equipment so any restriction there should be reflected by the RADIUS/speed profile at our side i.e. the stuff that's already been checked and looks to be OK.

In the spirit of transparency, we think we've fixed this one now. No idea what the specific underlying issue was but it seems soemthing went awry with the initial service provision. A regrade between FTTP speed tiers has seemingly kicked things into life.
