Cool. I've raised tasks to transfer your .co.uk domains, which should be done within 3 to 5 working days.
For the .com domains, do you want the EPP code emailing to the usual email address we have for you on file?

Yes, that would be ideal.

I've just began raising the tasks to transfer those .com domains and we aren't actually registering them.
A who.is check shows that eNom is the registrar. If you contact them you'll be able to request an EPP code. You're just using our nameservers to host the domains, but you can easily override that by asking another provider to host them instead.

How extraordinary. I've never had any ISP other than you guys and did register them via you, though we are talking like 19 years ago nearly.
Any idea of how I go about contacting 'eNom?' Icann lookup gives an abuse contact email address for them but not much else

Will do.
These are the only two .com's so I hope the rest will be straightforward.
Thanks

@ecomergy i would guess that your domains are registered via an Enom reseller, otherwise you would have noticed youre being billed in USD!
This https://help.enom.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001924872-Who-is-my-reseller- might help
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@Gandalf Oops , this could be a bit embarrasing!
I tried the reseller lookup on gwyneddhotel.com and guess who the reseller is :-
PlusNet PLC !!!
Looks like PN might use enom re register .com domains ?

Whoops. Well this goes to show how often I handle .com domains!
@ecomergy, I've raised the tasks now to provide the EPP codes. Should be picked up within 3 to 5 working days.

Totally understandable, I guess they are few and far between...
