FTTP - Static IP gone again

Hi,

Static IP has vanished from my account again.  Attempt to click on 'Add-ons' to verify just brings up 'An error occurred' on the web site.

What's the best route to resolve?

Have you checked your ip, either on the router or google whatsmyip?

It may just be your member centre not reporting correctly.

I'm really sorry for the confusion, I can assure you that the static IP is still on your account and that it will just be an error with the website.
