Hope I am not here adding to the confusion - but my first step would be to look at what the router stats page is currently reporting. Even log in to the Hub 2 Advanced settings//Technical log page. It doesn't matter if this is done via Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection to the router. Then go from there.
