Been many complaints around the household of the wifi being slow with different speed checks fluctuating from 22mbps to 36mbps while the minimum for our Unlimited Fibre Extra should be 42.4mbps. The issue surrounding disconnecting is related to multiple Xbox consoles. If one Xbox turns on when another is playing a game online it leads to disconnecting from said game, with 4 of these consoles this happens daily. After this, the connection resumes being fine just the issue of turning the console on has a drastic impact on the connection. This was not an issue with our previous provider while receiving fewer speeds.

Hey @Paul-Davies,
I'm sorry to hear that this is occurring. Out of curiosity, are the Xbox consoles using the same Xbox Live profile to access the service? Have you also tried connecting them up to the router via Ethernet cable to see if this makes any difference? (in this case, to do so you would probably need some sort of Ethernet port extender or Powerline Adapter if the Xbox's are around the property)

Three of the consoles are connected through ethernet cable while one is not, but all face the same problems with disconnecting. All profiles are different and this issue has not been present in the 10+ years of using all the consoles previously.

Thanks for confirming this @Paul-Davies. Are the three Xbox's that are connected by Ethernet cable connecting directly to the router, or are they going through some sort of Powerline Adapter? Are any other devices in the property experiencing similar issues or is it solely the Xbox's facing this issue?

They are connected directly to the router and just the Xbox's are experiencing the problems.

Thanks for confirming this @Paul-Davies. It's a bit strange that only the Xbox's would be experiencing issues. Though it's not something we can support with, have you been able to try port forwarding the consoles? It might also be worth asking Microsoft or any other Xbox gamers who have multiple consoles in their house whether or not there are any known issues at the moment.
As far as things go from our end of things, I'm not seeing any frequent disconnections on the line and no faults have been found when I've carried out my tests. If you have another router to hand, it may be worth setting that up to see if there's any difference.
