Fibre externally cabled

Firstly, open reach have arrived over an hour late.
No messages or contact as plusnets email said I'd get.
No discussion about where I want the cable. It's either in to my hall way where I have no power. Or a black ugly cable running around the outside of my house to where my current point is. I asked could it not be fed in like the current cable. Apparently not as that'd be difficult so it's either the external cable or nothing.

Absolutely raging. Not a good start at all!

@Patriotk11

Sorry to hear about your disappointment.

Unfortunately fibre-optic cables cables have a minimum bend radius of about 20mm, so much greater than copper twisted pair used for ADSL/FTTC. This makes the routing far more restrictive, and often the most challenging aspect of the installation.

@Patriotk11 Providing you are using a desktop/laptop, save the picture to your machine, then open a reply window and click the 'mountain ' icon to the right of the smiley one, and follow instructions.
