Flashing PON light

My internet went down yesterday morning, red LOS light, tried all the usual turn off/reset. I used the text Help option at 14:55 eventually got a message back at 17:00 sent FAULT, message said I would hear something shortly. It is now 24 hours later and not heard anything. The light has now changed to flashing green PON. Any ideas please.

I'm really sorry to hear that your connection is currently down.

I can see our Faults team are looking into this with our suppliers.

As soon as we know more we'll be in touch 

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
