Hi,
I'm considering changing to Full fiber. Can I check that this means I will loose my landline ?
If so are there alternatives which would allow me to keep it ?
Thanks for the help?

Yes, you loose your landline.
Alternatives - change ISP or if PN e-mail doesn't matter and you can do (potentially) do without internet for a few days you could port your number out to a VOIP provider which would cancel your account and sign up for a new PN account with installation a day or so after the number port. This might also incur early termination charges.
I assume it's your number that's important to you - if not, simply sign up for a new number with a VOIP provider and then go to Full Fibre without a landline.

@And Yes, if you move to Plusnet Full fibre you will lose your land line. Prior to Plusnet offering the product, they would allow you to move to EE/BT, which would enable you to keep the land line, but whether that is still the case, I have seen no definite confirmation.

Forgot about the BT option. As far as I know you can still move free of early temination charges if you tell PlusNet it's to keep your phone number.
I seem to recall posts saying EE, like PlusNet, doesn't do a phone service.

@bmc Thanks, I honestly don't seem to recall that being explicitly stated since the PN FTTP launch, and you may well be correct about EE, although they used to be quoted as an option prior to PNs product launch.
The whole thing is a bit of a dogs breakfast, if you ask me, and I'm very glad I won't have to suffer it when FTTP finally gets here - currently two years away, Unless I switch to a local altnet who appear to be laying the basics now.
