Our screen looks like the screenshot you show but there is nothing for uploading or downloading speed don't worry all thanks for your help but this is all a bit beyond me however thank you all for trying 🙏

@oliveoyl983 Sorry - we did go off at a bit of a tangent but can you answer these questions:-
What computers/tablets/phones do you have in the house?
Where are you getting your speeds from?

@oliveoyl983 We just need to know the WAN link speed (and connection type as requested). Upload/download refer to a slightly different technology where there are two different speeds, yours is probably the same both ways.

That is a strange one, I have never seen when it takes too long to connect to the hub manager.
I would like to take a look into this for you however I have failed to find your account please can you reply to my DM with your plusnet username.

Don't worry. It is working. It is just that the hub address isn't the default 192.168.1.254
