Help!! The account I just connected to yesterday has no network now

hub lights is blue, but I suddenly lost the Internet in the process of using it!

Hi there and apologies for the delayed response.
I can see your router's trying to connect to the internet using the wrong password.
Can you try doing a factory reset by pushing a paperclip into the back of the hub for 20 seconds?

Now the light is blue. But after I connected to the wifi, I still couldn't use it properly. In 10 minutes, it sometimes had Internet, and sometimes it didn't.

Yes, press the reset button with the paper clip. Try long press, short press several times.

Okay as your router's still trying to get online with the wrong password, could you go to the router's settings at http://192.168.1.254 then navigating to the advanced settings, make sure the password is the same as the password you'd use to log into your account then click on the connect button?

Now my computer can be connected to the Internet, but when you use the mobile phone connection will appear http://192.168.1.254 this interface, even the scan code to log in. I couldn't find another place to log in. My phone can't connect to this network

Are you able to navigate to advanced settings to then disconnect from the internet then reconnect using the right password? There should be an option by clicking on the 3 vertical dots in the top right of your screenshot.

When I clicked connect and not connect, the Hub lights changed color, but there was no sign that I could log in to the network. (Now it's blue .)
