Hub 2 Performance Test won't load properly

The performance test in the Hub 2 manager won't open properly.  It gets as far as loading the initial page, but when I click on the 'test my speed' tile, the tester loads as far as the purple background with the white slash but no further.  I've restarted the manager, but no joy.  I'm on a Full Fibre 500Mb contract (I think - the Plusnet website won't open either, so can't check it) and the last reading I got, a few days ago, was around 480Mb . Anyone got any ideas?  Thanks, Dave

Re: Hub 2 Performance Test won't load properly

What device/web browser are you using to access the Hub Manager?

Are you able to run a speedtest directly using the link here (which points to the same place the Hub Manager should)?

When clicking the 'Test my speed' button, is the test opening in a new window/browser tab?

Re: Hub 2 Performance Test won't load properly

@bobpullen this issue has been seen before, see https://community.plus.net/t5/Tech-Help-Software-Hardware-etc/BT-Speed-Test/td-p/1897268

if you refresh the page with CTRL+F5 then the page should load.

Re: Hub 2 Performance Test won't load properly

Many thanks for your speedy response Bob.  I'm using Firefox browser on a Windows 10 server, neither of which has changed since I last got the test to work.  I've just tried your direct link and get the same result - purple backgound but no text.  The test opens in a new tab.

Re: Hub 2 Performance Test won't load properly

Fix

Wow, thanks Dan - it loaded straight away.  Now all I have to do is remember to use CTRL+F5 next time - another post-it on the screen....

Thanks both for your responses.

Re: Hub 2 Performance Test won't load properly

CTRL+F5 clears the browser cache and reloads the page. Works with all browsers.

Strangely I got the same problem when I checked the site

Dan.
