Interleaving being turned off without request?

I just received an email from Plusnet saying that they were turning off something called interleaving at my request.

The thing is I never requested this. The only chance I made to my account recently was to upgrade from 300mb to 500mb fibre.

Does anyone have any idea what’s going on?

Fix

Just ignore it, its a spurious message generated in error. Its a legacy message part of the account change process. There is no interleaving on full fibre

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
