Thanks a lot for getting back to me there. So the logs aren't showing anything to suggest that there's an issue with the line itself here, though as per my response last week, the mean time between errors on the upload is quite low.
Are the lights on your hub changing colour when you're being disconnected? Also, how long are these disconnections lasting for>

No light colour change and the disconnections last for around 10 seconds ( including wifi),also i have no idea if this is connected but youtube stops playing occasionally as soon as i click play it starts again yet my speed is fine

It's really odd that this is occurring on both routers, I'd suggest that this may be due to wireless interference, though if you're having these issues via a wired connection too then I'm not sure.
Anyway, I've just created an open ticket on the account, as I'd like to arrange a Qube engineer visit. Please feel free to give me a nudge on here once you've responded to it and I'll get an appointment arranged.

So it's happening again.We had weeks of good weather and there were no problems.Now we have damp and rain and its back again...I left screen shots of how the speed can be 4mbs then 2 minutes later 28mbs.. up and down all day. ..can you check the replies I've left on the ticket please

Hello @Dudgers, thanks a lot for getting back to us and I'm really sorry to hear that the issues on your line have re-appeared. Looking through the account, it looks lie you've bene in touch with our Technical Support Team earlier today, who have re-raised the problem with our suppliers.
Our suppliers' have run their tests on the line and can't find any issues, they're therefore looking to arrange an engineer for further investigation. Please respond to the comment that I've just placed on the open ticket advising when you'd be free.

Thanks adam,the broadband is having its worst day today.Maybe run a line check while its so bad today to see if anything can be found?
