LOS light is red on ONT

Been on Fibre 900 for one week. All good until today when I got a red LOS light in OpenReach ONT.

Checked all cables in and out and reset ONT. Raised a ticket with PlusNet but no engineer available for three days, so no internet until then.

Feel sad that I left old provider now but any advice of things to do / try ?

@Ij78 there's nothing that YOU can do. LOS indicates a fault on the external network, it will need OR to investigate and fix.

 

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
