Hello @sturob
Thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your service. I've tested the line this morning though and can't seem to find any underlying issues with the network. I'll pop a KBD test below which shows that sync speeds are within estimates, and the looks relatively stable. I've also had a look at something called an RRT, this shows me historical data on how the line has performed, it's showing a few errors on the line, but all in all, it's looking pretty good. It's definitely worth noting that the line is still within it's training period, so performance can, and is expected to fluctuate.
Going forward, for gaming, I'd always recommend using a wired connection, I've popped into the router and can see that all of your devices are currently connected wirelessly.
If the issues persist for another week or so, please let us know, as I said, the mean time between errors is looking pretty low at the minute, though this should improve over the next few days.
You'll see also from the KBD that the line is banded at 60Mbps, I've just raised a request to get this unbanded, which can take up to three working days. It's worth notice though that banding is usually a symptom of a possible issue, rather than the cause.

Thanks for posting that @sturob
While high latency can be a symptom of an underlying issue on the line, it's important to acknowledge that these can also be caused by factors well beyond our control, such as the online gaming servers you're connected to.
It'd help a lot more if you'd have provided us with further info in terms of your setup, again, just to reiterate, I wouldn't recommend using a wireless connection for high refresh rate games, especially when playing online.

Are you blaming "lag" for your poor performance on an FPS game?
Could be a substandard graphics card causing your "lag" issues.
