Losing connection multiple times a day having to restart

Hi I have been a Plusnet Unlimited Fibre customer since mid August and I have been having to restart my hub one several times a day as my devices are unable to connect to the internet. The router light remains blue and my devices all show that I am connected but they are basically useless until I restart the router.
The router is connected to a Master Socket 5C
Solutions I have tried
- Splitting the bands
- Turning off 5GHz
- Connecting each device and waiting to see if there is a device causing the issue
- Engineers have been out to check the line
- New router
- Using a Deco M4 mesh network in Access Point mode
- Resetting the router
I did have my TV connected via ethernet to begin with and this continued to work even when the wireless devices were unable to connect.
I have also been on the phone to customer support and they have been unable to identify any problem.
Happy to post any screenshots etc
Any solutions, or ideas would be much appreciated as I do work from home and wifi is essential for work meetings etc

I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing these issues with the connection. I can see that the new router was ordered on Wednesday, has that already arrived/been set up?

Hi @TheMightyAJ
I have not set that router up yet as I only received a replacement router about a week ago. Should I remove router no.2 and set up router no.3?

I'm sorry to hear that this has happened again. I'd recommend setting the new router up over the weekend and letting us know how the connection performs. If the problems persist then that would clearly rule out the router as the cause and we can look into other potential factors from there.
