Moving back to Plusnet

Hi all
Quick update
My expiry date with BT per their website was 15th. June, they have decided its now 15th. July 2023. I have complained and escalated it to a superior and was promised a call back within 3 days....
That was well over a week ago now but not heard a thing!
Am soooo tempted to pay the termination charge but have decided to wait until PN gets their act sort too
See you all in 12 months... or less if BT screw up again

Thats it, BT have peed me off yet again!

I cannot understand how they manage to get out of bed in the morning, i would post some other comments but don't want to be banned from here!

i will now happily pay the cancellation charge to leave BT

Does anyone know when PlusNet will be offering FTTP to new users?

I’n afraid that there’s no announcement on this at the moment. Hopefully it won’t be long.

Talking about digging up an old thread!

After several months of "talking" to BT , I finally had a chat today with a very nice bloke called Johnathan

He has stated that all terminaton charges etc will be waived - Result!

Going to ring PlusNet now

Final update to this
Plusnet went live on Monday, full speed and no problems at all
Will be celebrating this weekend
