See what happens tomorrow - although it does sound strange to me. When I moved from FTTC to FTTP (with another ISP), my connection sprang into life in seconds.

It can take a while for a new account to be activated. Since this is an upgrade on an existing account , that shouldn't be relevant

A couple of things to try

try a reboot of the ont.

Reboot the hub2

Also try another cat5e cable, even if cat5e cable is new - try another known working one.

 

You may have done all 3 already if so please can you say so, so those things can be discounted.

Wtih fibre it either works or it doesn't, but you can sometimes be put on the wrong profile.

 

Also what speed package did you choose?
