Thanks for patience. I've managed to reach out to openreach which took a while. They have confirmed that ERT is set to 23rd of June.

I've passed information about problems and explanation what happened with  this pole which you have provided so hopefully it was already passed to relevant team within openreach internally.

Openreach team replaced street pole. Very professional and very helpful.
