Hiya @Alex2x, I am really sorry for the delay in getting back to you and for the issues being experienced with your service.
I have tested the line today and this hasn't highlighted any faults; we're seeing a sync speed of 40mb and a stable connection.
This does suggest that the issue being experienced lies within the wireless signal between your devices and the router. If you have wired connections that are also impacted however, I would advise to have a run through our troubleshooting here: https://www.plus.net/help/broadband/connection-troubleshooting/.
Should this not the resolve the issue, you can log a fault for further investigation here: https://faults.plus.net
WiFi is prone to inference and this can come from many things such as other wireless or electrical equipment. I can see you have your wireless frequencies already separated, are you experiencing the issue with both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz Wifi? Have you try your device on the opposite to which it is connected now to see if this helps?
