Hello,
Can I get a portal speed reset please?
Your broadband service
- Product: Unlimited Fibre (Without Phone)
- Estimated Download Range: 50 - 68Mbps
- Estimated Upload Range: 12 - 18Mbps
- Minimum Guaranteed Speed: 44.5Mbps
- Current Line Speed (Download): 42Mbps
DSL Stats:
Downstream Upstream
Line attenuation (dB): 18.4 0.0
Signal attenuation (dB): Not monitored
Connection speed (kbps): 69028 16036
SNR margin (dB): 3.3 5.9
Power (dBm): 14.0 7.6
Interleave depth: 8 1
INP: 49.00 0
G.INP: Enabled Not enabled

BT have been laying additional "next gen fibre broadband" in my area over the last couple of days so have had vans all over and cabs open etc etc.....
Looks like they are done now 🙂

Hi @chall
I've updated the speed profile to 62mbps to reflect the current IP profile of your line. Can you disconnect & reconnect the PPP session within your router's settings (or do a single reboot of the router) for the new profile to take effect?
I've also tested your line and the tests are showing a fault "Impairment in copper joint detected most likely in local network" we'd need to arrange an engineer visit to resolve which may or may not be related to the work they're doing.
Could you text the word HELP followed by your landline number to 07800008121 so we can arrange the visit with you?
Let me know how it goes.
