Re-open a fault

Can ticket 218356114  be re-opened

I had/have a fault with my fibre broadband causing frequent session disconnects, which OR think is now fixed and had actually been stable for 24hours. However it has now started re-occuring. Unfortunately in going in to add a comment I accidently clicked on the CLOSE TICKET option - my fault for using a trackball!.

The fault still exists as I am now starting to experience session drops again (seven in the last hour) after 24hours with none other than an early hours one, which I presume is the system adjusting my line characteristics. Better than the 100ish the 24hours before that.

Annoyingly even in last 24 good hours my upload is reduced to 3.5Mbps down from my more normal 4.5-5.0; and interleaving is still in place.

Re: Re-open a fault

Hello @steve88

Thanks a lot for reaching out again and I'm really sorry to see how bad your connection has been lately. Tests on the line do show a fault, and an engineer visit is required.

Please pop a comment on the open fault Ticket as to when you'd be available for an engineer visit, and our Tech Support Team will pick this up.
