Hi
Relatively long-term customer (started 6 or 7 years ago - switched away once) with a rock solid line (I'd rate it 5 9s.)
But I've had a few random drop-outs recently and today has been bad. Previous drop-outs of service have seen the router reconnect immediately but this morning it was unable to reconnect by itself. I did the usual switch-off then switch-on and for a second I had a blue light but then it dropped connection again. The router was showing an orange light with a red flashing 'b' figure. I gave up and went to work.
My NAS reported that it had made reconnection in the early afternoon but after getting home the line dropped again. It did reconnect after a short while and has been fine all evening.
Fine still now but what next?
London SE8 area.

Hello @washboardmac
Thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm really sorry to hear about the dropouts you're having at the moment. Bit of a tricky one here, in that I can clearly see the dropouts on the visual radius, but testing the line itself has uncovered no underlying fault with the network itself. I also can't see any retrospective issues / major service outages on the line.
I'll pop a visual radius below, but it does show that the line has been performing normally today. If the problems persist over the next few days though, let us know and we'll see what we can do.

Hi Adam
Thanks for taking the time to look into this. As you say there's not a pattern to give a clue.
I'll keep an eye on it and let you know.
Cheers
Andy
