Hi,
My renewal is next month. I've not had any issue with the service, but the plusnet1 router is awful. We live in a 2 bed bungalow, and struggle with wifi connection constantly.
Does anyone know if we'll be able to get the new router if we renew? We've had this one since 2017, and it was outdated back then!

Yep, you'll be able to get a Hub Two for the cost of postage. Just make sure you call in as the online journeys won't offer it at present (unless you're changing between speeds/product tiers).
