Hi
I'd like to request a DLM reset on my line. The line speed has been banded to 3.1Mbps. Recent storms have affected our electricity supply which means Openreach have restricted the maximum line speed.

There is a block of flats with equipment on the roof i can usually see it from my upstairs windows or from my back garden. At the moment its covered in green stuff . But i think that's where i must pick up my 715 Mbps. And that park nearby where i pick up the 1442-Mbps. I walked past some houses on the Roads nearby and some of the houses could have 850+ Mbps 5g broadband . If only they knew.They probably have Bt wet string broadband running 15-mbps.Just found out some of the 4g-lte routers are 2Gbs download....diy wall mounted folding table Netgear MR2100 cat 20 LTE 2Gbps download...Didn't realize they had come so far with 4g LTE.

Thanks a lot for reaching out and for making us aware of this. I've just read through the notes on the account and this was apparently done a couple of weeks ago, supposedly anyway.
I can see that the line is still artificially banded, so I've raised a request to have it reset, this should take around 3 working days.

Glad to say the DLM reset has been completed and my speed has returned to normal. Just ran a speed test and getting 8.6Mbps down and 0.96Mbps up, which is the max I would expect on my line.
