Reward Card Email

Hi, I recently joined plusnet.  Does anyone know when to expect the email regarding claiming the reward card.  It has been over 10 days now and still no email received.

Apologies for any confusion this may have caused. I've had a look at the account and I can see that there is an associated reward card, which is logged in our systems as it should be. You should receive an email about this over the next few days, so if you don't hear back by the end of the week then please drop an update onto this thread so we can look into generating the card on our end of things.
