Router keeps resetting - irritating

@levets  Maybe I'm a bit of a cynic but I have a feeling that the "engineer" did not know what the problem was and did not do anything to fix it.☹️

Oh no, don’t say that.  I wonder if Plusnet Help can run another test to confirm the issue is resolved?
