@Rjt1986 Thanks for that - it proves the connection to your router is running at full strength, but what I really need to see is what is shown under the 'Troubleshooting' tab - top right.

I know there isn't an issue with the WIFI as I do get the top end speeds. It seems that since lockdown and everyone is working at home, the speeds are strangled in the day and evening after school etc. When everyone is in bed I get 75mbps.

I fear that your argument is flawed but if you insist that it’s not a wireless problem then I can’t help further.

For what it’s worth if it was me I would log in to the advanced wireless settings and switch each band off in turn to see if one band worked better than the other.
