@omgfttc Your latest post makes no sense at all, ..." Btw this is BT 900 product " What !!! are you a BT customer or a Plusnet customer? You say you called BT again so why are you posting on the Plusnet forum?
Then you ordered FTTP 900 from Plusnet!! What are you playing at? The whole thread is just inexplicable.🙄

@omgfttc You signed up last night, so you are not yet connected to a Plusnet service, so why on earth were you posting about poor speeds on what was presumably a BT connection? It is just absolutely ridiculous. I suggest you wait until you get connected to Plusnet before you post about poor speeds.😫

BT Retail, to whom you were/are connected, is a separate concern - within the BT PLC empire, as is Plusnet PLC.

sorry image missed an image
Assuming you currently have a BT service/BT hub, then the image you have shared in this post shows a speed test to the WAN interface of your hub, not the ONT.
That's strongly suggestive that the limitation is something to do with your local network (the speedtest shows > 900mbps to your hub).

@bobpullen didnt realise that was the built in speedtest, I would have expected it to have a BT logo plastered across it. I saw the Homeview logo and sort of ignored it.

@MisterW I did the same as you, Homeview didn't mean much to me. I wonder if the OP realises he will get a hefty early termination charge from BT having upgraded to FTTP 900 only a few weeks ago. The Plusnet order could be cancelled of course.🙄

@MisterW - It's a remote diagnostics platform. The same one used by the BT helpdesks for in-home diagnostics. Should the customer want to run a similar test, then I think they have to rely on the BT app, rather than a web-based interface.

thats the head scratcher ALL 3 engineers wired there laptops to the router and got around 400Mbps,
and said its strange
The only thing none of them tried was the link there laptop directly to the ONT,
would it be possible for me to connect my macbook directly to the ONT and run a speedtest?
