Agreed, Discord is 100% having issues due to their use of Cloudflare. For clarity, this is my current speed test result for Cloudflare:
Compared to my backup line with my other ISP:
Try to ignore some people on these forums which I feel are being unhelpful on purpose.

No they are not !
I can access Discord via Cloudflare perfectly well on a NON-Plusnet connection.
It is probably the transit/peering connection somewhere between Plusnet and Cloudflare that has broken,
and is likely not the fault of either Plusnet or Cloudflare, however it will need a Plusnet engineer to diagnose the issue and notify the transit and peering company that something requires fixing.

@outcast I'll rephrase.
Plusnet customers are having an issue with accessing some of Discord's services. This is also obvious when trying to load https://discord.com/. This is due to the use of Cloudflare by Discord. This is also happening with other sites, like Indeed, Flightradar24 and many more.
Whatever the issue is, there is a party responsible for this partial outage.

On NON-Plusnet that loads instantly (therefore site is OK), so likely you're still seeing peering/transit issues via Plusnet/BT.

I am still getting occasional problems. For example, trying to load a Google Doc, it just has a blank white page for a minute and is clearly struggling, but got it to load (slowly) by refreshing.
Connections to atlassian.net occasionally performing slowly.
SSH to AWS servers is slow and there is a 1-2 second delay when typing.
This is affecting my job... has there been any word from Plusnet about peering issues on the network?
Every traceroute I've tried to various servers has 15-20 second delays on each hop and many of them not responding.

How long ago?
Feedback confirms that Saturday's issues were fixed, but earlier today various service were suffering similar issues - see Downdetector
