Slow download speeds

Hi, all I'm new to PN this is maybe my 2nd month. I'm still waiting for the speeds to settle, I've got the full fibre 300 no phone line. one most of the time I'm getting around 3-7 mbps, VERY occasionally around 200mbps. Its that slow, that most of the time the speed testers wont load!!

 

Any help greatly appreciated. The below test is taken on a PC with wired connection to Hub 2.

@Worthy130 there is NO settling time for Full fibre(FTTP). It should immediately go at the provisioned speed or not at all!

I suggest you report a fault if you haven't already. https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/

You could try the text service first but it seems to have problems sometimes identifying an account. If that fails then call customer services on 0330 1239 123
