Hello!
After several years using plusnet and without changing anything to our setup, yesterday the router went solid green ... no internet !
Tried restarting it all.
Tried factory reset ...
Nothing!
I can't find any help with the troubleshooting page. Could the router just be faulty?
Thanks for any lead!

What router do you have?
Have you tried factory resetting it by inserting soemthing into the pinhole at the rear of the device for 15 seconds or so (whilst it's still powered up)?

Hello and thank you!
The hub is a ONE.
And yes i have tried doing a factory reset with no luck ...
It's been 3 days now and i feel i have tried everything ...

Sounds like a dead hub. Have you tried switching it off for a couple of hours to let it cool down before trying again?

Do you have anything cabled to the hub? If so, does the problem still occur with those cables removed? Assuming it does, @Baldrick1 is right - it's very likely given up the ghost and will need replacing. If you can reply with the answer to the above question (and assuming there's no change) then I'll pick it up for you when I next log into the corporate systems and get a replacement sent out to you.
