HI,
As of last night the red light has been solid on the box for PON. So no interenet.
Have done the whole turn off and on in hopes of that working and nothing.
I have also texted the help number but for some reason that isn't working as it is not recognising my mobile number (which is attached to my account) and I do not have a landline number and I am not able to to do a phone call as of now.
Some help would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the forums, @portalfeline . The fact you have a red PON light indicates there is a fault in the OpenReach network.
Unfortunately, the BOT does not recognise mobile numbers as a connection if you have FTTP - all you can do (at the moment) , is call Plusnet and report the issue.

I now have the same issue, a solid red PON light.
I have also tried turning it off and on and checking the wires are properly connected.
Not sure what to do now other than call.
Any other help would be appreciated.

Calling in is your only option, @adamchurchman12 , I'm afraid.
For any others with this issue - your only option IS to ring Customer Support - this is a failure in the Openreach network.
