Speed profile stuck

My router says that my maximum data rate is 78mb/s but my router is stuck on 67mb/s. Also my ping has increased from 5 m/s  to 13 m/s.

That is your MAXIMUM data rate - what does your PN profile report? Easiest way to show the capabilities is to post the ADDITIONAL DIAGNOSTICS from BTW Performance Tester

Attached is my Additional Diagnostic report. Why has my ping doubled?

Looking at that, your speed is close to what I would expect, given your IP Profile. Unless your ping goes aove 20 continuously, I would ignore it inless you are a REALLY serious gamer 15ms latency will not affect normal browsing behaviour.
