I currently have a static IP address on our FTTC PN broadband.
We're moving house soon and upgrading to FTTP. Will our static IP address remain, or will it a) change, or b) need to be requested again?

A Static IP is associated with an account, so it should remain through a home move and account upgrade
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
