Technicolor TG582N DHCP

Currently I use static IP addresses for my networked devices with each device manually set to a specic IP address. This all works. I now need to add a device which is DHCP only and can't be configured to have a static IP address.
How can I configure my TG582N router to have a DHCP range of 192.168.7.200 to 192.168.7.210 with 192.168.7.1 as the gateway. I've tried adding a DHCP pool with these details but I'm not getting a correct IP address for the device (I'm getting 169.254.221.133 ??).
Any help would be appreciated.

Some people find it easier to make these type of changes by editing the routers config file.
You get and save the config file using the routers backup / restore feature, edit the file with notepad.

I've managed to sort this out. The problem was that DHCP Server setting was not enabled. Having just the one DHCP pool (192.168.7.200 to 192.168.7.210) the DHCP server setting could not be enabled. Setting the tick box and restarting the router still had the DHCP Server disabled. Splitting the DHCP into two pools - 192.168.7.200 to 192.168.7.205 and 192.168.7.206 to 192.168.7.210) and then enabling DHCP server and restarting now has DHCP Server enabled and has solved the problem and the device now obtains a DHCP lease.
