Hi,
Is there any improvement in this regard I mean to transfer Internet service to a new owner - just change of name and direct debit without cancellation and line provisioning that can take 2-3 weeks?
Please advise

Hiya @Kardell, thanks for getting in touch.
At present, we're not able to transfer a service to a new owner without an account being created in their name. As an alternative though, you are able to keep an account in the same name but change the direct debit details (and can add an authorised user).
