Unlimited Fibre Extra Not Delivering!

Low speeds of 24Mb are consistent over wired connection, but don't even match the cheaper guaranteed unlimited tariff of 36Mb.
Am I on the wrong tariff when Pn are unable to deliver guaranteed minimum speeds?

Your speeds are way below what is estimated for your line.
I would suggest opening a fault ticket if you haven't already.

@22martin As a start, can you post screenshots of (a) BT Broadband (making sure your phone number doesn't show) (b)BTW Performance Tester (the 'Additional Diagnostics' section and (c) your Hubs Help desk page (obscuring personal details).

I'm really sorry to see you're having speed issues.
To save you the bother of creating a fault ticket, I've raised that for you Here.
I'd like to arrange an Openreach engineer visit to investigate further. Could you reply to that with when you'll be available?
If you can post back once you've responded, I'll make sure we book the engineer as soon as we can.
