Unlimited fibre low speeds (again)

Issue from 8 months ago has returned. Previous speeds of 70mb has dropped to 30 mbs inexplicably, no hardware changes of any kind. Perfect yesterday, today half speed. No account changes no package changes.
Please investigate as last time it was switched from PN end with no query or information and required engineer to fix.

Additionally I notice the ping is also far higher than usual and this is below my minimum guaranteed speed of 56mb.
Upload remains unaffected.

Thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear about the issues that you're having with your connection speed. Are these ongoing? Testing the line this morning has found that it's syncing at 65.1 Mbp. Also, are you speed tests done via a wired or wireless connection?
