Upgrade From 145 to 500

Hi,

Do I need to restart the router to achieve the new download speed? My upload speed appears to have doubled?

Hi my upload has gone up but still waiting for download to go from 500 to 900

Splitting language (at a technical level)

"should not occur" is not the same as "must not occur".

(RFC-2119).

Hi Sammy,

Made a call and was told the change had been completed by openreach but not on Plusnet's side. The issue was escalated to the sales team leader to fulfil this evening.
